The SC4 alloy barrel is strength tested, high quality alloy thickness tuned for the greatest structurally controlled forming capabilities to provide a substantially larger aluminum sweet spot. The barrel of the new Voodoo is “Thickness-Tuned” to accurate physical properties to match bat and ball collision with different thickness ratios to enlarge the sweet spot. Sound complicated? Don’t worry. DeMarini is designed to make sure all you have to focus on is the swing. Your Voodoo will do the rest. The kick-point in the handle has been moved up to yield a more powerful response and DeMarini’s variegated grip gives you an amazingly comfortable feel, allowing you to have the most control possible over the bat.

The new DeMarini Voodoo baseball bat may just my favorite bat to date. While the technology may be intimidating, the fact that you do not have to learn to use it in order to bat effectively makes this baseball bat an extremely popular choice. I have one for practice and then I have another for competition because this bat works so well both right out of the wrapper and once broken in. You do not need two of these, but it just goes to show what a versatile member of your arsenal it can be. I particularly like the red and gold graphics option on this bat, but the lettering alone lets your competition know that you are pure evil at the plate as long as this bat is in your hands.
